4Winds offers a wholistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. We address the constraints of traditional treatments through integrating the body, mind and spirit, offering the individual a customized wellness program. Our therapeutic team works with natural medicine including Chinese and western herbs, natural plant medicine and psychedelics to address unresolved trauma, PTSD, addictive behaviors, depression, anxiety and co occurring disorders. Our wellness community is located on 140 acres of pristine farmland between Vail and Aspen Colorado. We offer 30, 60 and 90-day residential trauma resolution programs for women as well as 4, 8 and 11-day intensives.
