Lifeline Connections demonstrates its commitment to accessible care through open access assessments and walk-in hours for both mental health and substance use, allowing individuals to receive timely support without prior appointments. Medication-assisted recovery rapid response services are available on Mondays from 12:00–3:00 PM and Thursdays from 9:00–11:30 AM, substance use disorder open access assessments on Tuesdays from 8:30–10:30 AM, and mental health open access assessments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30–10:00 AM.
Additionally, the center offers unique programs such as the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (P.A.C.T.), which provides intensive, personalized care for those with severe mental health conditions.
