Located near Forest Road in western Lynchburg, Crossroads Treatment Center offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across the Lynchburg area, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. On-site parking is available.
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Lynchburg offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade (injection) and Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
