Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Petersburg OBOT offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade (injection) and Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads. Crossroads also offers an opioid treatment program (OTP) nearby, which offers monitored methadone dosing in addition to counseling services.
