About Orchard Uptown
In Greater Uptown, Houston, Orchard Uptown is the intensive outpatient program (IOP) operated by Orchard on the Brazos. This program was carefully designed to help bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and the demands of one’s daily routine. The goal of Orchard Uptown is suitable for clients stepping down from residential treatment or using it as a stand-alone solution for clients not requiring 24-hour care. Their goal is to help clients take back their lives from addiction and journey towards a future filled with joy, abundance, and meaning.
Orchard Uptown offers various therapies and peer recovery support, which help create a nurturing environment where clients can thrive. Their team is experienced in treating an array of co-occurring mental health conditions alongside substance use disorders. Some of the therapies they use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), yoga, breathwork, aromatherapy, sound healing, and more. Their approach has 3 pillars: recover, explore, and live. This holistic approach encompasses the whole person and supports them on their path to healing. Orchard Uptown is accredited by the Joint Commission.
