Black Horse Health offers a wide array of outpatient and residential treatment options for individuals with substance use disorder, chronic pain, trauma, process addictions, and other mental health conditions. They are located in Houston’s medical hub to make treatment accessible.
They offer various therapies 1-on-1 and in small groups to care for the whole person. Licensed therapists, medical doctors, psychiatrists, and registered nurses will administer personalized care and ensure that individuals receive the most effective care for their needs. Black Horse Health offers detox services, residential treatment, day treatment, an intensive outpatient program, alumni program, and family program. In addition to their evidence-based and holistic therapies, they offer specialized therapies like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), brain mapping, neurofeedback, hormone testing, and more.
