Services include counseling, help with medication, and substance use treatment for teens and young adults. Options are offered in person or through telehealth and use approaches like Motivational Interviewing to help manage emotional and behavioral challenges.
Clarvida works to meet people where they are—emotionally, physically, and in daily life. Services can happen at home, in the community, or online, depending on what’s most helpful. Each care plan is designed to fit the person’s needs and focuses on setting goals that make sense for them.
Clarvida also offers Health Link services to help children and adults stay connected to resources, manage health needs, and receive coordinated care. For children involved with the Department of Children’s Services (DCS), Clarvida provides foster care as a way to offer a stable home environment while they work toward permanency goals. These programs aim to promote stability and support progress for both individuals and families.
