Medical Wellness Center
The Courage Center, located in South Carolina, is a nonprofit organization providing free, peer-led recovery support for adolescents, young adults, and their families dealing with substance use disorders. There are three center (Lexington, Richland, and Orangeburg) which offer a variety of services, including peer recovery coaching, support groups, and educational programs for families.
