Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Myrtle Beach offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Methadone and Buprenorphine. Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
