There are 3 treatment options available at Forge Health Princeton: therapy/counseling, outpatient care, and intensive outpatient care (IOP). Within those options, clients can choose cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) groups, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) groups, and women-specific groups. Forge Health specializes in treating co-occurring illnesses with a focus on trauma and PTSD.
Clients at the Forge Health Princeton outpatient facility can benefit from natural light and opulent healing environments. A qualified therapist oversees the program and uses trauma-informed therapy and stress-management techniques based on mindfulness. Clients can take part in individual, group, psychoeducational, and couple’s counseling sessions. With LegitScript certification, Forge Health is able to accept both public and private insurance.
