The center provides evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), combined with education about substance use disorders to enhance awareness and support recovery. Group therapy sessions, with 8 to 12 participants, foster shared learning and connection. Family counseling strengthens relationships, while life skills classes focus on problem-solving and self-management.
