Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Stanhope offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol (injection) and Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients participate in care coordination to help them meet their social and medical needs, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
