Oasis Recovery Center provides gender-specific and trauma-informed treatment for men and women with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. They offer residential care, day treatment (partial hospitalization), and intensive outpatient care. Men’s and women’s programs are on separate campuses. Oasis Recovery Center’s clinical staff of therapists, a clinical director, an adventure coordinator, and behavioral health technicians help guide clients through the recovery process.
Oasis Recovery Center’s comprehensive program treats clients with a “whole” person approach. They use 1:1, group, and family therapy. Their family program includes a virtual family support group that discusses topics such as emotional support, psychoeducation, and connection. Clients participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), emotional regulation therapy, and motivational interviewing. Oasis Recovery Center’s trauma-informed care uses therapies such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing therapy, and brain spotting therapy. Clients participate in psychoeducation sessions.
Oasis Recovery Center strives to help clients heal holistically. They provide breath work and meditation groups, experiential therapy, acupuncture, equine therapy, art therapy, and music therapy. Oasis Recovery Center emphasizes mindfulness through group exercises such as mindful listening, balancing, and guided body scans. They incorporate fitness into recovery through pilates therapy. Oasis Recovery Center’s trauma track uses trauma-informed yoga therapy to help clients safely connect their mind and body.
Oasis Recovery Center forested campus features scenic paths, an expansive porch area, shared bedrooms, and a recreation room. Clients can enjoy the fresh mountain air that surrounds the facilities with off-site adventure activities such as rock climbing, canoeing, horseback riding, and camping. After treatment, clients participate in weekly alumni groups and relapse prevention education. Oasis Recovery Center can assist with medication management.
