About Guest House

Guest House is a holistic, spiritual, non-profit recovery center that was founded in 1956 for clergy men and women who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Their approach helps the client address substance use, process addictions, compulsive overeating, and other behavioral challenges. Guest House is staffed by on-site licensed and certified clinical and spiritual professionals who are ready to help clients in their journey to recovery. Guest House offers medically assisted detox, outpatient, inpatient, and aftercare programs. All programs are based on the spirituality of the 12-Step recovery program. Guest House uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eating disorder treatments, fitness therapy, group and individual therapy, nutrition therapy, and recreational therapy. They are accredited by CARF and accept private insurance along with a self-pay option.

Guest House offers their clients private rooms that are gender-specific. The campus is spread out over 105 acres of land. They have educational workshops for those interested in learning about nutrition, fitness, and spirituality. Guest House has Intervention Assistance and Ministry Reentry. At both the men’s and women’s campuses, there are mediation rooms, recreational rooms, business centers, massage rooms, and gyms.
