CleanSlate Centers in Evansville is an outpatient facility dedicated to providing behavioral healthcare and specialized addiction treatment. The care team collaborates with clients to create personalized recovery plans, offering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) tailored for adults facing challenges with alcohol and opioid addiction. This approach helps reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms while ensuring comprehensive support for co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma through their outpatient program.
At CleanSlate, a dedicated team of licensed clinicians focuses on treating patients with physical dependencies on alcohol or opioids through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This evidence-based method employs FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to ease withdrawal symptoms. To maximize effectiveness, MAT is typically integrated with counseling and mental health support. Additionally, CleanSlate features a specialized program for pregnant women, offering enhanced medical monitoring to safeguard the health of both mother and child.
CleanSlate offers a well-rounded approach to care, creating customized treatment plans designed to address each person’s specific needs. Their services include MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare support from certified recovery coaches along with coordinated continuing care. Clients can receive assistance with housing, transportation, and employment upon discharge. CleanSlate is accredited by CARF and the Indiana Family & Social Services Association. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The center is open from 8 AM to 4 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday, and 8 AM to 1 PM on Friday. Unlike many of CleanSlate’s other facilities, the Evansville location offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12 PM on Friday.
