Teen Challenge’s Pine Mountain Boys Academy (formerly called Prayer Mountain Boys Academy) is a Christian-centered boarding school in central Georgia dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk boys 13 to 17. Their comprehensive program focuses on spiritual growth, academic excellence, and character development, providing a structured environment that fosters personal transformation through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The academy offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes daily devotionals, chapel services, and spiritual mentoring to strengthen students’ faith and help them discover their identity in Christ. In addition to spiritual guidance, Heartland provides tailored academic programs designed to help students catch up or excel, supported by caring teachers committed to their educational and personal growth. Therapeutic activities and adventure outings are integral to promoting emotional resilience and personal development.
Serving teen guys aged 13 to 17 who face challenges like substance use and behavioral issues, Heartland emphasizes family restoration through counseling and regular communication to rebuild trust and strengthen familial bonds.
