Transcend Wellness

Transcend Wellness is a men-only intensive outpatient program offering highly individualized care to address addictions and mental health disorders. Their mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care that empowers men on their healing journey. Transcend Wellness accepts 12 clients at a time, allowing for a more intimate and personalized treatment experience. Their team of licensed mental health professionals take a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach, using therapies like eye movement therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-specific therapies, mindfulness therapy, hypnotherapy, narrative therapy, and more. Transcend Wellness offers specialized tracks to help clients address their most pressing needs like trauma, family and relationships, or substance abuse. They also offer flexible scheduling and aftercare planning to help individuals continue their healing journeys after leaving treatment.
