Located in San Jose, Starlight Community Services helps children, teens, and young adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. They offer outpatient care, in-home services, and school-linked programs. With a focus on early intervention and long-term recovery, they guide youth toward stability and emotional wellness.
Starlight uses individual, group, and family therapy to help young people manage emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and improve relationships. These therapies are designed to meet each client’s unique needs and stage in life. The goal is to boost confidence, strengthen families, and help youth thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
