About Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC)

The Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) is a non-profit organization based in San Diego, California, dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of underserved communities, particularly Asian, Pacific Islander, and other ethnic groups. UPAC offers a comprehensive array of health and human services through a multicultural and multilingual staff proficient in over 30 languages and dialects.

Comprehensive Care

UPAC provides a wide range of programs, including mental health services for adults, older adults, children, and adolescents; addiction treatment and recovery programs; community engagement and business development initiatives; housing counseling; and cultural competency education. Their services include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, substance use disorder treatment, supportive housing services, and employment training through local businesses.
