We are proud to serve SW Washington and the Portland Metro area with Functional Mental Health and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for Teens 14-17 and Young Adults 18-26. Our programs are unique and active, and we utilize body-based interventions such as exercise, breathing skills, emotional regulation and somatic therapy to help young people address their mental health and wellness. We combine evidence-based therapy with integrative health services to treat the whole person. We specialize in trauma, burnout with transition into adulthood, neurodivergent care and are LGBTQIA+ affirming and supportive as well as BIPOC and anti-oppression affirming.
