Our practice model integrates the evidence-based Western clinical model with time-honored integrative practices including meditation. Our collaborative team of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists includes counselors with EMDR, Yoga for Mental Health, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy Certifications. We offer therapy in-person from our serene and welcoming practice, walking-and-talking therapy bringing the benefits of nature and gentle movement to your therapy experience in an outdoor setting, and through telehealth, connecting with you from the comfort of your home and ease of your device.
