Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, is a private psychiatric hospital located on a beautiful campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for referrals and no cost confidential mental health assessments. Old Vineyard specializes in inpatient treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Adult specialty inpatient programs include Dual Diagnosis (SUD), Trauma Recovery, Mood Disorders and Seniors. Outpatient adult programs include Partial Hospitalization (day) and Intensive Outpatient and are available for mental health and those with dual substance use disorder. In March of 2022 we opened an evening virtual Intensive Outpatient program for youth ages 12-17. Our hospital provides a compassionate, comforting environment for patients, family, staff and visitors.
