At Achieve Wellness and Recovery we offer outpatient treatment for individuals 18 and older. We offer treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders through clinical modalities that include group counseling, individual counseling, recovery mentoring, 12 step involvement, holistic options, and medication management. We offer partial care programming, intensive outpatient programming, and outpatient services.
