The adolescent inpatient program at CenterPointe Hospital of Columbia, Stepping Stones, serves young people ages 5-17 who are facing emotional and behavioral concerns. Patients typically stay in this program for seven to 14 days. During this time, they receive 24/7 supervision from our skilled medical professionals and therapeutic guidance from our clinical team. Young people attend five daily group sessions, covering life skills, self-esteem, healthy boundaries, and coping strategies. Our goal is to help adolescents build a strong foundation for long-term stability and wellness.
