We offer a premier inpatient program for children ages 5-12 who are suffering from acute symptoms of behavioral health concerns. Inpatient care is typically a short-term experience that can help patients stabilize and improve their functioning so that they may return home or step down to a less intensive level of care. In our child inpatient program, young people stay at our hospital for about five to seven days, though a young person’s exact length of stay depends on their needs. Children in our inpatient program receive structured programming, personalized support, and round-the-clock care from a team of compassionate professionals. Some of the concerns we can treat in our child inpatient program are oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), intermittent explosive disorder, psychosis, and bipolar disorder.
