How can I help my child feel better? What can I do if me & my partner are struggling? Why can’t my adult children just get along? We know that our families are supposed to be our greatest source of strength and they can also be the most difficult relationships to navigate. We believe when family members do their own internal emotional work, their relationships can be healing and supportive for them; we can thrive both on our own and in the family system. We offer to see all the members of your family together or individually and then collaborate on ways to help your whole family system function in a more healthy and productive way.
