Newport Academy’s Fairfax outpatient center includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our coed program serves ages 12–17 in Virginia and the greater D.C. area with expert care for anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Our goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem with a structured daily schedule that includes individual and group therapy sessions, experiential modalities, and classroom time focusing on academics and life skills. Our program includes yoga, meditation, and Adventure Therapy excursions in Great Falls Park.
