Pavillon Treatment Center

Pavillon is a recognized leader for its effectiveness in twelve-step residential treatment, research-based recovery services and education for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Through an exceptional staff of clinical and medical professionals, we provide intensive residential and outpatient treatment for adults and young adults, extended care for professionals and women with trauma and persistent relapse issues, alumni support and family education services for adult men, women and children. Pavillon is a non-profit organization and is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF. Our residential treatment center located in Mill Spring, NC accepts Cigna insurance. We also accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield at our South Carolina Outpatient Services Center located in Greenville, SC and at our Wilmington, NC Outpatient Center, Pavillon by the Sea.
