Located in downtown Fayetteville, AR, Time Wellness Arkansas is a primary mental health center for adults. Our program, which includes day treatment levels of care, and intensive outpatient is designed to assist clients in their journey to understand and achieve through symptom management and the development of new life skills. Our program specializes in assisting adults ages 18 and older in working through symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, dual diagnosis, personality disorders and trauma related challenges. Through our comprehensive approach including but not limited to: Bowen Family Systems, CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma focused approach, our treatment team carry the expertise to fufill an array of mental health problems.
